Hope Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). As an FQHC, we will see patients regardless of income status or ability to pay. We care for the whole person by providing quality, patient-centered healthcare that is affordable for those we serve in our community. Hope Health offers pediatrics, family medicine, women's health, psychiatry, behavioral health, dental, outreach & enrollment.
