Are you passionate about working with youth and savvy with social media? Essential Foundation is hiring Summer Youth Program Assistants!
?? Location: Red Oak, TX
?? Pay: $14–$16/hour
??? Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays | 6–8 hours/day
??? Program Dates: May 30 (Orientation) – August 15
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with youth (ages 12–17) during off-site field trips, 2–3 times per week.
- Ensure participant safety and accountability during transit and on location.
- Assist with capturing and posting engaging content on Facebook and Instagram to highlight program activities.
- Serve as a designated emergency transportation backup (must have valid driver’s license and insurance).
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience working with youth (ages 12–17) preferred.
- Active and proficient on social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of active auto insurance (for emergency use only).
- Must pass a background check and attend orientation on May 30, 2025.
