Great Gatsby Gala - Annual Dinner and Auction

    The Red Oak Area Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce our upcoming 2021 Auction and Dinner: The Great Gatsby Gala, presented by Linebarger Attorneys at Law.  Each year, the Annual Auction and Dinner is known as the City of Red Oak’s premier “black-tie” event and is attended by many different community leaders from all walks of life.  This year, we are bringing back the roaring 20’s and the Red Oak Municipal Building will be decorated from floor to ceiling with black, white, and gold decor.  Come dressed in your best elegant outfit, and be ready for a night of merriment, friendly competition, and great conversation.

    The year 2020 was a challenge for so many, but we are looking ahead to 2021 with much anticipation and excitement. As we prepare for this exciting new year, we are currently making plans for our 2021 Red Oak Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner and Auction, which will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021. The Great Gatsby Gala begins at 6 pm with a cocktail hour and a silent auction.  At 7 pm, we will serve dinner, and then at 8 pm, our silent auction will close, and the live auction will begin featuring Walt Cade, one of the country’s highest acclaimed auctioneer and star of A&E’s Storage Wars Texas.

    The Red Oak Area Chamber is our community’s leading business organization and has been the leading business advocate for nearly 50 years.  As our Red Oak Community grows, so does the Chamber, and we need assistance from our supporters to keep ahead of the curve and support new and current businesses. The proceeds from the Annual Auction go toward the overall mission of the Chamber, which includes Scholarships and a multitude of Community Events. With the struggles that our world faced in 2020, your generosity is needed more than ever to continue our mission.

There are several different ways to participate in the Great Gatsby Gala:

• We offer several levels of sponsorships, which provide options for all different sizes of businesses.  Sponsorships levels provide options including advertising, tickets to the Auction, and reserved tables for your company.
• Auction item donations are now being accepted.  We are looking for all types of items to offer to the evening’s patrons.  From signed baseballs and designer purses to BBQ grills and international trips, we want those items for our auction.  If it is something unique, and something that people would want to buy, we want it in our auction!
• Tickets are available to all community members.  There is a discount for the purchase of a full table, so call your 7 closest friends and plan a night out!
